Book Sizes/Cover Types
Heaps of Choice!
We know that one yearbook size does not fit all so you decide which suits you best. Select from a larger A4, compact B5 or smaller A5 book and choose either portrait or landscape. Ask students for their preference and consider your budget. Your account manager can give you prices.
Later on in your project you can decide on your cover type and design. We can produce softback for smaller budgets or hardback covers, either leather effect or full colour laminated.
Be a part
Everyone can be part of your yearbook!
Students complete their profiles quickly online! As well as answering questions and uploading a profile picture, they can vote in the polls, send and receive comments from friends and upload photos which can be included on the photo montage and article pages.
You might like to hold a yearbook event to take photos for the profile page or put up some posters to get students excited about your project.
Student editor
Set up your yearbook and have full editorial control!
We have made the Editor's job as easy as possible! With your editor password you can get started by selecting your book size and the design for your student page.
We will activate your yearbook and then you can really get moving! Set up your polls in a few minutes and see how the student profiles are progressing. You can set up your photo and article pages and fill them with your text and photos.
Design & Proofs
Finished uploading? Leave the rest to us!
As soon as all the content for your yearbook has been uploaded online and you have hit the submit button, it is time for us to take over. We will design your yearbook, working to any requests you have given us
Don't worry, you will be able to see the book before it gets printed. We will email you a PDF proof and we will make amendments until you are 100% happy with the way it looks.

Teacher involvement
We need the help of a teacher
If you are producing a school yearbook, please ask a teacher to get involved. Although they don't need to get involved throughout the project, we do require a teacher to approve the final proof before printing. Speak to your account manager who can help you decide when to get a teacher involved in your project.
Delivery
Name a date and we will deliver!
Think about when you would like your yearbooks delivered, maybe when you leave school in the spring or in time to give out with exam results. Let you account manager know and they will make sure your project is completed in plenty of time to avoid any last minute panics!
