Data Collection
How much work will we have to do?
Minimal. Once you have chosen the layout of your yearbook, all you have to do is upload text and pictures and we will do the rest.
Can each student/teacher be responsible for their own contributions?
Yes. Each student/teacher is given their own password so they can complete their own entry.
Is there much work for the teachers?
No. The whole project is student lead. However, we do ask that a teacher proof reads and signs off your yearbook.
Online Creation System
How easy is the system to use?
Very easy. Our system is designed to be intuitive but also has instructions every step of the way.
Can we see the progress of the book?
Yes. The editor's progress report allows you to see the progress of each individual student and shows a pie chart which details the overall progress of your yearbook.
Does the system allow us to create bespoke pages?
Yes. Our system allows you to create every page as a bespoke design.
Your Yearbook
Can we add extra pages at any time?
Yes. The final price of the book will depend on the number of sides but this can remain flexible right up to the point you sign the book off for printing.
Do we design our own cover or do you do this for us?
Either. All of our covers are unique. You can design your own cover and upload a complete image or our designers will create a cover for you.
Do we have to include student profile pages in our yearbook?
No, our service is completely flexible. You can just include photo pages and features as a record of your time at school or college.

How can I get a price quote?

Will the price be fixed from the start?
No. The price depends on the final specification of your yearbook and this will change as you create new pages. Once your yearbook has been designed, and you have given us the order quantity we can confirm the price. However, you can estimate the price throughout using our instant online quote facility.
Can we make the yearbook cheaper?
Yes! Why not save 10% on the cost of all of your yearbooks. Pay a £250 deposit by 31st December 2009. You can also save a further £150 as a school or college by producing 2 yearbooks (e.g. Yr 11 & 13). Why not attract sponsorship from local businesses to reduce the cost of each yearbook. Yes. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to support you all the way. They can give you ideas and advice and make sure your yearbooks get delivered when you need them.
How long will it take to produce a yearbook?
This partly depends on how long it takes you to upload your data. Once you have completed your book online, we allow up to 10 weeks to design, print and deliver your yearbooks. Let your account manager know when you would like them delivered and we will make sure they arrive in plenty of time.
